International Human Rights Club

Who We Are

As a club, it is our goal to provide a space for students to actively learn about and discuss human rights issues. As young citizens growing up in an increasingly complex world, we have a unique opportunity to become educated and motivated to combat human rights issues. Although ambitious, our ultimate objective is to contribute to solutions for the provision of equality and justice for people around the world. Becoming educated on international human rights is the first step in reaching this goal! All are welcome, and we encourage all to become involved with leadership and discussion! Our parent organization is Girls Learn International. GLI is focused on imporving girls' access to education globally.

We are changing our club mission and title! Starting the 2018/2019 school-year our name will be Camas Global Feminist Club. Our mission will be to focus on human rights issues through the feminist lens. This update is so exciting for us! More information regarding the change is to come.
